At this lunchtime session Rona will be dealing with what works and what doesn’t work in Leadership and Teamwork based on the BT Global Challenge Round the World Yacht Race (the world’s toughest yacht race). Rona’s personal inspiring story links the challenges of sailing the wrong way round the world with those in the business environment. You will also learn about success out of failure and effective winning strategies to put you and your organisation on course to be outstanding.
Rona’s talks are dramatically illustrated with images and video clips from her expeditions.
Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served, basis.
