Company Reorganisations and Tax Issues
Stephen Chan, an Associate in our Corporate Team and Anne Marie Renz, Head of Tax at Tods Murray will be hosting a lunchtime briefing and networking event to discuss how organisations have been reorganising their corporate structures. Stephen and Anne Marie will in particular be using case studies to look at the reasons driving different types of reorganisation, the practical and legal issues that can arise and how to deal with them, the key tax issues that need to be addressed and the tax reliefs available to minimise or even eliminate tax charges on certain types of reorganisation.
